Responsibilities
- Customer service: Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, taking orders accurately, answering customer questions, serving food and beverages promptly, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Food preparation and presentation: Setting tables, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, arranging food displays, and replenishing supplies.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Clearing tables, cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Additional duties: Operating a cash register, processing takeout orders, attending to customer requests, and complying with health and safety regulations.
Kitchen Crew
Responsibilities
- Food preparation: Preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, ensuring food is cooked to specifications, and following food safety procedures.
- Kitchen maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and properly storing food items.
- Teamwork and communication: Working effectively with other kitchen staff, communicating orders and instructions clearly, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely food preparation.
- Compliance and safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining proper food handling practices, and using equipment safely and responsibly.
Outlet Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Operational oversight: Overseeing daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Team management and training: Leading, motivating, and coaching the service and kitchen crew, providing training and development opportunities, and addressing performance issues.
- Customer service excellence: Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints and concerns effectively, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial and administrative duties: Managing cash handling procedures, maintaining inventory and stock levels, and preparing reports on sales, costs, and labor.
Assistant/ Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, including adherence to health and safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Team Leadership and Development: Leading, motivating, and coaching the restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities, and addressing performance issues.
- Customer Satisfaction and Experience: Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints and concerns effectively, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Marketing and Promotions: Contributing to marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and increase sales.
